Joseph A. Stafford, M.D.
Joseph A. Stafford, M.D., has over 30 years of experience as a Board Certified Internist. Prior to moving to Naples, Dr. Stafford was engaged in a private internal medicine practice and served as Chief of the Medical Staff and Medical Director at Leelanau Memorial Health Center in Northport, Michigan. During his medical career in the Midwest, Dr. Stafford served as a Clinical Instructor at the College of Human Medicine at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, and Chief of Internal Medicine at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, Michigan.
Dr. Stafford attended Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana and completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Ball Memorial Hospital, an affiliate of Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Stafford received his undergraduate degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
Dr. Stafford is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Internal Medicine, the Florida Medical Association and the Collier County Medical Society.
Dr. Stafford has privileges at NCH Healthcare System and Physicians Regional Hospital-Collier and Pine Ridge campuses.
