Our membership was established to provide a dramatically greater emphasis on preventative care, service, and convenience than that which can be offered in a traditional primary care setting. In a traditional primary care practice of 3,000+ patients, a physician simply does not have the time to perform comprehensive preventative care services. In contrast, our membership allows for the extra level of time and preventative care services by limiting the practice size to a maximum of 300 patients per physician. The reduced practice size assures that each member not only has access to a personal physician, but in fact, has a physician led personal health advocate team dedicated to maximizing all aspects of their individual health experience.
